Due to a plenty of security/stability problems fixed in kernels/glibc/other utils
released this and last week, clusters have to be rebooted once again.

• Both clusters are in pre-maintenance state due to kernel update.

• Maxtime is set to 1 hour.

• Shutdown will be initiated without any further notification.
